Request a Return Authorization
Visit our online portal to submit your order number and email address to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original packaging, include the RMA slip inside the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
